Xinyu Chai

Dr. Xinyu Chai is a Professor of Biomedical Engineering. He received his Ph.D. degree in BME from Xi'an Jiao Tong University in 1998. From 2001 to 2010, he was an Associate Professor and Professor of SJTU Department of BME. The main research interests in his group include: Neural engineering; artificial visual prostheses; visual psychophysics; brain intrinsic optical imaging; and photoacoustic tomography.
