康复工程研究所

时间:2016-01-04

上海交通大学是我国最早提倡和开展康复工程的高校之一。康复工程研究所成立于1988年4月,历经了20余年的发展,在康复工程领域取得了显著成就。进入21世纪以来,为适应国家健康发展的“十二五”规划和广大老年人、残疾人对康复技术和康复产品日益迫切的需求,上海交大康复工程研究所重组并挂靠Med-X研究院管理,戴尅戎院士任所长,蓝宁教授任常务副所长,谢叻教授任副所长,高忠华教授任顾问委员会主任。2010年7月22日,上海交通大学康复工程研究所正式揭牌 。

上海交通大学康复工程研究所旨在造福老年人、残疾人、以及退变性神经性疾病患者,开展康复工程跨学科的理论与实际应用方面的研究,开发新型的康复工程技术、康复辅助器械与装置。目前,康复工程研究所已组建神经控制与神经假体课题组,虚拟现实神经机器人课题组和临床神经康复研究课题组,依托Med-X研究院交叉平台和附属医院临床资源,已经取得阶段性成果。

蔡斌:博士,九院康复科主任。2013年获上海交通大学医学院外科学博士学位,曾赴美国新泽西州立大学及Kessler康复研究所研修一年。现任中国医师协会骨科医师分会康复工作委员会委员、上海市康复医学工程研究会理事等职。曾获得上海市卫生局科技发展基金支持,并在国内重要学术期刊发表多篇学术论文,引起学界广泛关注。主要研究方向: 1.颞下颌关节紊乱病非手术处理 2.肩周炎 3.骨科创伤后遗症:四肢关节粘连、肌肉萎缩4.运动损伤 5.关节镜、人工关节置换、骨折内固定等骨科手术术后康复。

Dr.Cai is the Director of the department of Rehabilitation Medicine in Ninth People’s Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical School since from 2006.In 2013, Dr.cai as the Visiting sholar to Department of Mechanical&Aerospace Engineering in The State University of New Jersey and Human Performance & Engineering Lab to Kessler Foundation. Dr.Cai is the Deputy Minister in Committee of orthopeadic rehabiltation to Shanghai association of rehabilitation medicine. His main research interests include theorthopeadic rehabilitation and exercise physiology.

李海燕:博士,副研究员、硕士生导师。2005年获中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所材料科学博士学位,2005-2006年在联合利华中国研究所从事研发工作,2006年至2008年在澳大利亚莫纳什(Monash)大学工程学院从事博士后研究,2008-2011年在法国国家医药与卫生研究院(INSEM)从事博士后研究。2011年-至今任上海交通大学Med-X研究院副研究员。先后获得国家自然科学基金委员会、上海市科委和上海交通大学的多项基金支持,先后获得上海市“浦江人才”以及上海交通大学晨星青年学者奖励计划B类,并在国外重要学术期刊如Biomaterials,Acta Biomaterials, Physics Review Letter等发表多篇重要学术论文。主要研究方向:生物材料在组织再生与康复中的应用和机理研究。

Dr. Li is a member of Nano Biomaterial Research Center in Med-X Research Insitute. As a principal investigator, Dr. Li is supported by many research agencies including the National Science Foundation in China, and Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Committee. She had published over 40 peer-reviewed articles in journals including Biomaterials, Acta Biomaterials, and Physics Review Letter. She is the recipient of “Pu Jiang Talent Program of Shanghai Municipal” (2012) and SJTU SMC Young Faculty Award (2012). She is the member of the National Society of Biomaterials and National Society of Biomedical Engineering. She also serves as the Young Council Member of the National Society of Biomedical Engineering.

Dr. Li's researchfocuses on Biomaterial development for tissue regeneration and fundamental studies of the mechanism. Her group explores the effects of biomaterials on cell-cell interactions during tissue engineering and elucidates the mechanism in addition to developing bioactive materials, such as hydrogel, electrospun membranes for stimulating tissue regeneration.

蓝宁:教授,学科带头人,博士生导师。取得上海交通大学精密仪器学士学位,凯斯西储大学硕士及博士学位。曾于南加州大学任教、IEEE/EMBS成员、计算神经科学前沿副主编、国际物理医学与康复医学编辑组成员、国家康复辅具研发中心副主任、神经工程委员会创始人、现在IEEE神经系统和康复工程助理编辑、《中国康复理论与实践杂志》副主编、组织举办了第一二三届国际康复医学工程大会、发表论文一百余篇。主要研究方向::神经康复工程,神经调节帕金森疾病,中风和脊髓损伤,神经和运动控制的计算模型等


He obtained the B.S. degree in Precision Instruments from SJTU, and M.S./Ph.D. degrees both in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. Before joining SJTU, he was on the faculty in Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy of University of Southern California. He is a senior member of IEEE/EMBS. Currently, he serves as a guest associate editor of Frontiers in Computational Neuroscience (the Nature Publishing Group), and is on the editorial board of ISRN Computational Biology, and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation - International. He also serves as the Founding Deputy Director of The Strategic Alliance for Research and Development of Rehabilitation and Assistive Technologies for Medical Industries in China. He was one of the founding members of Neural Engineering Committee of the Chinese Society of Neuroscience, and served the depute director from 1995 to 1999. From 1997 to 2001, he served as Assistant Editor of IEEE Transactions on Rehabilitation Engineering (now IEEE Transactions on Neural Systems and Rehabilitation Engineering), and Associate Editor of Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice from 1997-1999. He organized 1st, 2nd and 3rd International Conference on Rehabilitation Medical Engineering (CRME) in Shanghai, China in 2012, 2013 and 2014. He has over 100 papers in peer-reviewed journal, book chapters and international conference proceedings.

Research Interests: neurorehabilitation engineering; neuromodulation for Parkinsonian disease, stroke and spinal cord injury; and neural and computational modeling of movement control.

李松:博士,访问讲席教授,美国加州大学伯克利分校教授。1988年,北京大学力学与工程科学学士毕业;1991年,获得北京大学生物力学硕士学位;1997年,获得美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校生物工程系博士学位。自1990年以来,李教授先后撰写120余篇(H-index>45)长篇学术论文,参与12本专著的章节撰写,发明了血管植入装置等多项专利技术,并获得北京大学五四科学奖、美国心脏协会科学发展奖、惠特克基金会研究奖、赫尔曼教工奖等、中国千人计划学者等多项荣誉。主要研究方向:干细胞工程、血管组织工程、血管修复、生物力学与力传导学等方面的研究。

Song Li, Ph.D., Visiting Chair Professor (Department of BME, SJTU) and Professor (Department of Bioengineering, University of California, Berkeley). Prof. Li’s research focuses on the stem cell engineering, vascular tissue engineering, vascular remodeling, mechanobiology and mechanotransduction. Prof. Li’s research has been supported by many research agencies including the National Science Foundation in China, Multipotent stem cells for tissue regeneration (US, NIH R01; Role: PI), Induced pluripotent stem cells for tissue regeneration (California Institute of Regenerative Medicine; Role: PI), Stem cells in vascular remodeling (US, NIH R01; Role: PI), etc. Prof. Li has published more than 120 scientific papers, with H-index>45.

The major achievements of Prof. Li include: 1) engineered the microenvironmental cues such as cell adhesion substrates, mechanical forces and chemical factors to guide cell differentiation and cell reprogramming in vitro; 2) developed novel biomaterials to recruit stem cells for tissue regeneration in vivo; 3) combined stem cells, micro/nano materials and drug delivery for tissue engineering, which involves either the construction of functional tissues with stem cells and scaffolds in vitro or the design of bioactive materials to awaken the regeneration potential of endogenous stem cells in the body; 4) investigate the roles of stem cells in vascular remodeling and wound healing.

李瑶: 博士,副研究员、硕士生导师。2002年获得上海交通大学电子与信息工程本科学位,2008年在美国纽约州立大学石溪分校获得电子与计算机工程博士学位,2008年至2010年于美国石溪医学研究中心任高级博士后研究员。2010年至今任上海交通大学Med-X研究院副研究员。先后获得科技部、国家自然科学基金委员会、教育部、上海市科委和上海交通大学的多项基金支持,并在国外重要学术期刊如Science等发表多篇重要学术论文,已被引用300多次。现任美国电气和电子工程师协会(IEEE)会员,人类脑成像组织(OHBM)会员, IEEE EMBC Shanghai Chapter秘书。主要研究方向:神经影像学研究,包括磁共振波谱分析,脑功能成像分析,光学血流成像分析等。

Dr Yao Li received her B.S. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2002, and her Ph.D. degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 2008. She then joined Stony Brook medical center as a senior postdoctoral associate. She joined the Med-X institute as an associate professor in 2010. Dr. Li is supported by many research agencies including the National Science Foundation in China, the Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Education of Chinaand Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Committee.She is a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and Organization of Human Brain Mapping (OHBM).

Dr. Li’s research interests include biomarker detection and estimation through magnetic resonance spectroscopy, functional brain imaging and laser speckle blood flow imaging.

沈定刚:博士,访问讲席教授。美国北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校放射学系、医学影像中心、计算机系、生物医学工程系终身教授,影像信息中心主任,医学图像分析实验室主任,也是医学影像中心图像分析平台主任。1990、1992、1995年在上海交通大学电子工程系、图像处理与模式识别研究所和电子信息学院获得学士、硕士和博士学位。先后任职约翰霍普金斯大学讲师、宾夕法尼亚大学助理教授。作为课题负责人,获得过十余项美国研究基金。提出的大脑弹性配准算法HAMMER是该领域的知名算法,2006年获得IEEE Signal Processing Society年度最佳论文,引用700多次,相应软件下载10000多次。已发表论文500余篇。是六个国际期刊的编委,也是医学图像计算和计算机辅助治疗组织(MICCAI)的执委会成员。主要研究方向:       医学图像分析、计算机视觉、模式识别等的研究。

Dr. Dinggang Shen is a visiting distinguished professor. He is a tenured professor of Radiology, Biomedical Research Imaging Center (BRIC), Computer Science and Biomedical Engineering in the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC). He is currently directing the Center for Image Informatics, the Image Display, Enhancement, and Analysis (IDEA) Lab in the Department of Radiology, and also the medical image analysis core in the BRIC. He received his bachelor, master, and doctoral degrees from the Department of Electronic Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1990, 1992, and 1995 respectively. He was a faculty member in the Johns Hopkins University and a tenure-track assistance professor in the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Shen’sresearch interest includes medical image analysis, computer vision, and pattern recognition. He acts as the principal investigator of more than 10 US research grants. His work on the HAMMER algorithm, developed for elastic brain image registration, brought him the Best Paper Award from the IEEE Signal Processing Society in 2006. The HAMMER paper was cited for more than 700 times, and its related software has been downloaded for more than 10,000 times. He has published about 500 papers in the international journals and conference proceedings. He serves as an editorial board member for six international journals. He also serves in the Board of Directors, The Medical Image Computing and Computer Assisted Intervention (MICCAI) Society.

沈帆霞:硕士,副主任医师。1985年起在上海瑞金医院工作,2004年至2013年在美国加州大学旧金山分校从事脑血管病得研究。2013年至今上海交通大学附属瑞金医院北院副主任医师。获得国家自然科学基金委员会基金支持,并在国外重要学术期刊如Stroke,JCBFM等发表多篇重要学术论文,引起学界广泛关注。主要研究方向:缺血性卒中的发病机制和基因治疗的基础和转化医学研究。

Dr. Shen is a neurologist in Ruijin Hospital North. Her research focuses on mechanisms of key pathways on brain ischemic stroke, as well as gene and cell based therapies for cerebral vascular diseases. She had published over 30 peer-reviewed articles in journals including Stroke and JCBFM.

孙俊峰博士,特别研究员。2002年取得南京大学电子科学与工程系学士学位,2005取得南京大学电子科学与工程系硕士学位,2009获得香港理工大学电子与资讯工程学系博士学位,随后于2013年12月加入上海交通大学Med-X研究院任助理研究员。孙俊峰近年承担国家自然基金等项目,共发表SCI论文20余篇。获2011年度上海交通大学“SMC-晨星青年学者奖励计划”,主持讲授《信号与线性系统》和《生物医学信号处理》课程。主要研究方向:神经影像信号分析方法、神经连接及脑网络建模方法、神经调控技术、及这些技术在脑卒中和抑郁症等脑疾病的认知及康复中的应用研究。

Dr. Sun is an associate professor and distinguished research fellow of biomedical engineering at School of Biomedical Engineering and Med-X Research Institute, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He gained his Bachelor Degree (Electronic Science and Information Systems, 09.1998 - 06.2002) and the Master Degree (Acoustics, 09.2002 – 06.2005) from Nanjing University, and Ph.D degree (Electronic and Information Engineering, 12.2005 – 02.2009) from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research interests include neuroimaging/neural signal processing (e.g., fMRI, DTI, and EEG), brain network modeling, neuro-modulation, and their applications in stroke rehabilitation and mental disorders (e.g., depression). He is IEEE member and referees for more than 10 international journals. He has published more than 20 papers in peer-reviewed journals. As a principal investigator, Dr. Sun is supported by several research agencies including the National Science Foundation in China. He is the recipient of the SMC-Morning Star Award for Young Investigator (2011-2013).

隋晓红:博士,讲师,硕士生导师。2007年获中国科学院半导体研究所微电子学与固体电子学专业博士学位,2007年至今在上海交通大学生物医学工程学院任教。先后获得国家自然科学基金委员会、科技部和上海交通大学的多项基金支持,并在IEEE Transactions on Neural Systems and Rehabilitation Engineering、Journal of NeuroEngineering and Rehabilitation等国外学术期刊发表多篇学术论文,并撰写书籍《Implantable Neural Prostheses 1: Devices and Applications》章节“Visual Prosthesis for Optic-Nerve Stimulation”。主要研究方向:神经接口、生物微机电系统、神经电生理,及其在运动康复与视觉功能修复等方面的应用研究。

Dr. Sui is a member of the Neuroscience and Neuroengineering Research Center at School of Biomedical Engineering. As a principal investigator, Dr. Sui has been funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She had published over 20 journal articles including IEEE Transactions on Neural Systems & Rehabilitation Engineering, and Journal of NeuroEngineering & Rehabilitation. She achieved SJTU SMC Young Faculty Award (2014-2016), and serves as a member of the Chinese Society of Micro/Nano Technology.

Dr. Sui's research focuses on neural interface, BioMEMS, neural electrophysiology, and their applications in movement rehabilitation for amputees and stroke patients and visual restoration.

童善保:博士,教授,博士生导师。负责研究生培养。西安交通大学无线电技术学士学位(1995),上海交通大学热力叶轮机械硕士(1998),上海交通大学生物医学工程博士学位(2002),2002年至2005年在Johns Hopkins 大学生物医学工程系进行博士后研究,2005年至2007年在上海交通大学生物医学工程系任副教授,2008年任Med-X研究院特别研究员。2009至今任Med-X研究院,生物医学工程学院研究员、教授。主要成果曾获2004年全国优秀博士学位论文奖,教育部自然科学一等奖(2006)等,入选上海市教委“曙光学者”(2007),教育部新世纪优秀人才(2006)等。主要研究方向:神经工程,神经信号处理,激光散斑血流成像,脑卒中康复技术和应用研究。

Shanbao Tong received the B.S. degree in radio technology from Xi'an Jiao Tong University (Xi'an, China) in 1995, and M.S. degree in turbine machine engineering and Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Shanghai, China) in 1998 and 2002 respectively. From 2000-2001, he was a research trainee in Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, and 2002-2005, he had postdoctoral training in Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. His Ph.D. dissertation was on EEG signal processing in brain injury following cardiac arrest, and was awarded the top 100 distinguished Ph.D. dissertations of China (2004). Dr. Tong joined Shanghai Jiao Tong University as associate professor in 2005 and has been full professor since 2009. He established the neural engineering laboratory. His research interests include neural signal processing, cognitive neural engineering, optical neurovascular imaging, brain connectivity and stroke rehabilitation.

王乾,博士,特别研究员。2006年获得上海交通大学电子工程系学士学位,2009年获上海交通大学硕士学位,并于2013年获美国北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校(UNC Chapel Hill)计算机科学博士学位。长期从事医学图像处理、分析的工作,致力于将先进的计算机辅助技术应用于医学影像学之中,以推进相关疾病临床诊断、治疗和基础研究的发展。曾在GE、Siemens进行研究工作,已发表学术论文约40篇,引用超过260次(根据2010-2013年统计数据)。主要研究方向:多模态、多器官、多维度图像的分割、配准; 脑结构性、功能性连接网络的构建、分析; 疾病的影像学标记和相应的早期预警、自动识别技术。

王永亭:博士,特别研究员、博士生导师。2004年获美国密西西比大学医学院生物化学博士学位,2004年至2008年在美国麻省理工学院从事博士后研究。2008年至2011年任上海交通大学Med-X研究院副研究员。2012年至今任上海交通大学生物医学工程学院特别研究员。先后获得科技部、国家自然科学基金委员会、上海市科委和上海交通大学的多项基金支持,并在国外重要学术期刊如Stroke,Progress in Neurobiology等发表多篇重要学术论文,引起学界广泛关注。主要研究方向:缺血性卒中的基因治疗和干细胞联合基因治疗的基础和转化医学研究。

Dr. Wang is a member of the Neuroscience and Neuroengineering Research Center. As a principal investigator, Dr. Wang is supported by many research agencies including the National Science Foundation in China, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Committee. She had published over 60 peer-reviewed articles in journals including Stroke and Progress in Neurobiology. She is the recipient of SJTU SMC Young Faculty Award (2009-2011). She is the member of the International Society for Cerebral Blood Flow & Metabolism, the American Heart Association, and the American Stroke Association. She also serves as the Young Council Member of the Basic Stroke Research group of the Neurology section (Shanghai) of Chinese Medical Association.

Dr. Wang's research focuses on gene therapy and stem-cell-combined gene therapy for ischemic stroke. Her group explores the differential functions of chemokines such as SDF1 in different phases after stroke and develops treatment strategies that are specific for the acute phase or recovery phase.

杨国源:博士后,上海交通大学王宽诚讲席教授、博士生导师。上海交通大学Med-X研究院副院长,神经科学与工程学科带头人。1987年获上海医科大学医学博士学位,并留校从事神经外科医教研工作。1989年至1991年加州大学旧金山分校医学院博士后,1991年至2001年任密西根大学医学院讲师、助理教授,2001年至2008年任加州大学旧金山分校医学院副教授、教授。2008年回国至今,任上海交通大学生物医学工程学院和Med-X研究院教授,兼任国际脑血流及脑代谢协会常务理事、中国神经科学协会理事、中华神经病学神经生化学组委员与上海医学会脑血管分会委员。另外,担任国际一流杂志CNSNT副主编、Stroke编委、以及其他国际和国内多家专业杂志编委。主要研究方向:神经生物学、神经外科学和神经病学,特别是脑血管疾病的转化医学研究。

Dr. Yang is the Associate Dean of Med-X Research Institute. Dr. Yang’s research interests mainly focus on the molecular mechanisms of cerebrovascular diseases in both basic and clinical fields. Recently, Dr. Yang has developed focal angiogenesis and focal microvessel dysplasia model in rodent brain for the study of cerebrovascular physiology and pathology. Dr. Yang is also interested in the exploring novel stroke therapeutic approach through taking advantages of biomaterials, neuroimaging, neural rehabilitation, and medical devices.

The major achievements of Dr. Yang include: 1) developed middle cerebral artery occlusion and reperfusion model in mice; 2) developed astandardintra-cerebral hemorrhage model in rat; 3) pioneered cerebral vascular malformation model in mice and studied the mechanism of vascular development and lesion; 4) creatively applied gene therapy technology to treat ischemic brain injury; 5) creatively took advantage of different growth factors and stem cells to treat ischemic brain injury in rodents; 6) creatively used synchrotron radiation angiography and two-photon microscopy to study the occurrence and development of cerebrovascular disease in vivo in real time. Dr. Yang has published more than 200 scientific papers, with an impact factor (IF) of more than 800. His works were cited more than 5500 times.

Zhang C obtained his PhD degree in 2002 from Chinese Academy of Sciences (ACS). During the next two years, he became Assistant Professor/Associate Professor in Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics of CAS. In 2004, he joined German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) as a guest scientist. In 2007, he conducted postdoctoral study in UT Southwestern Medical Center. He joined the Med-X Research Institute, Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2008. Currently he is Professor in School of Biomedical Engineering, SJTU. 曾丽莉:博士,副主任医师,硕士生导师。2001年毕业于上海第二医科大学临床医学系,此后在上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院神经内科一线临床工作。分别于1999年和2005年至法国马赛TIMONE医院和里昂神经专科医院进行为期一年半的临床脑血管病进修。上海市医学会脑卒中分会青年委员,上海市康复医学会神经康复专业委员会委员。研究方向为缺血性脑卒中的临床与基础研究。在国内外期刊上发表多篇论著,获得多项课题基金项目。主要研究方向:microRNA与缺血性脑血管病,筛选缺血性脑血管病的早期诊断、病情监测、亚型分类的新型生物学标记并探讨其作用机制。

张志君:博士,上海交通大学助理研究员、硕士生导师。2008年获中科院上海分院神经科学研究所博士学位,2008-2012年期间分别在在美国加州大学旧金山分校和美国马萨诸塞大学医学院接受博士后训练。2008年至今上海交通大学生物医学工程学院助理研究员。迄今为止,先后获得国自然、上海市科委、教育部、上海交大等多项基金支持,并在国外重要学术期刊Nature cell biology、Molecular cell、Science、Neuron、PNAS发表多篇重要学术论文,已被引用500多次。主要研究方向:星形胶质细胞在脑血管疾病中作用的研究。

Dr. Zhang is the PI of Yang Guo-Yuan’ research lab. As a backbone of the team, Dr. Zhang mainly focuses on the interaction between astrocytes and cerebrovascular. Her main research interestsinclude the role of astrocytes in cerebrovascular diseases; the interaction mechanism between vascular, astrocytes and Neurons.

周越:博士,副教授。2003年在美国麻州大学获生物化学与生物信息学博士学位,2003-2007年在Stanford大学完成博士后研究,主要研究领域为细胞的分化、代谢调控和信号传导的分子生物学机制,发表SCI论文17篇,其中第一作者的论文发表在包括肿瘤学研究领域重要杂志Cancer Research和心血管病研究领域重要杂志Arteriosclerosis Thrombosis and Vascular Biology等上,2009年受聘为Med-X研究院副研究员。目前研究方向为视网膜神经退行性病变的分子机理研究及基因治疗,为国家科技部863项目首席科学家和国家自然基金项目负责人。主要研究方向:视网膜神经退行性病变的分子机理研究及基因治疗

牛传欣:博士,瑞金医院康复科学副教授。2010年获美国伊利诺伊大学生物医学工程专业神经康复方向博士学位,2010年至2014年于美国南加州大学从事博士后研究,2015年始任职于上海交通大学附属瑞金医院。临床方面的研究成果获邀在美国神经康复医师学会(ASNR)演讲报告,工程方面的成果发表于机器学习领域知名会议NIPS,各项研究内容陆续发表于SCI期刊。 主要研究方向:感觉运动控制在康复临床中的恢复机理、神经拟态芯片在临床中的应用、运动障碍及运动控制的数学模型、肌电控制下的康复仪器开发。

Dr. Chuanxin Niu studied electrical engineering (B.S. 2006) at Beijing Institute of Technology and biomedical engineering. He received Ph.D. in BioEngineering from University of Illinois at Chicago specialized in neurorehabilitation, co-advised by Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. From the year 2010 to 2014, Dr. Niu completed his postdoctoral training as research associate at University of Southern California, Department of Biomedical Engineering, Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy. His interdisciplinary work has been accepted for oral presentation at American Society of Neurorehabilitation (ASNR) and published in Neural Information Processing System (NIPS), a leading conference proceeding in machine learning. Dr. Niu joined the Department of Rehabilitation, Ruijin Hospital, SJTU in 2015. His current research focuses on neural control of movements, mechanisms of neurological diseases with movement impairments, and how to apply principles of neural computation in neurorehabilitation.

方娟:博士,上海交通大学博士后在读。2013年获英国格拉斯哥大学工程学院康复工程中心生物医学工程博士学位,2011年10月至2012年12月在瑞士伯尔尼应用技术大学康复与运动研究所从事博士后研究,2013年至今在上海交通大学Med-X研究院开展博士后研究。获得国自然青年科学基金支持。主要研究方向:康复系统的设计、应用和临床医学应用研究。

Dr. Fang got her PhD degree in 2013 in Biomechanical Engineering from the Centre of Rehabilitation Engineering, School of Engineering, University of Glasgow, UK. During October 2011 and December 2012Dr. Fang performed herpostdoc research in the Institute for Rehabilitation and Performance, Bern University of Applied Science. Since 2013 Dr. Fang joined in theMed-X Research Institute, Shanghai Jiao Tong Universityas a postdoc researcher. Supported bythe National Science Foundation in China, Dr. Fang carries on research on the design of rehabilitation systems and their clinical application.

张晨:博士,李松课题组博士后研究员。2013年获上海交通大学微生物学专业博士学位, 从2014年起任上海交通大学Med-X研究院博士后研究员。主要研究方向:干细胞工程相关的纳米生物材料研究。

Dr. Zhang is a postdoctoral researcher of the Neuroscience and Neuroengineering Research Center. Dr. Zhang's research focuses on nano-biomaterials for stem cell engineering, while his previous interest was in biosynthetic mechanism of natural product .
