Yan Zhang Dr. Yan Zhang is an Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering. She received her M.D. degree from Shandong Medical University in 1999, and her Ph.D. degree from Shandong University in 2005. She conducted post-doctoral research at NYU and Weill Cornell Medical College from 2005 to 2012. She has published more than 20 research papers including 5 SCI papers as first author. Currently she is the PI of two grants from NSFC (Youth Fund Project and General Project) and one grant from SJTU. The main research interests of her group include: Tumor immunology; tumor immunoescape; and the role of cytokines and chemokines in the development of tumor and autoimmune diseases. |
