Xiaoxia Fang

Research Associate, Doctor of Philosophy, Master Tutor. Her primary research interests are in the development of microfluidic platform for multiplex applications relevant to medicine. She is particularly interested in the research of microsphere/cell manipulating and droplet generation technology based on microfluidic chip, as well as the development of multi-digital detection microfluidic platform for biomarkers analysis. Other work focuses on the sample purification based on material surface interact to understand the actions, interactions, and distribution of biomolecules. She has undertaken a number of projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China, Interdisciplinary Program of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and so on.
