Dr. Binjie Qin is an Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering. His group have developed image-guided ENT surgery system and bioluminescence & fluorescence imaging system that are successfully used in clinical applications. His research has been supported by the grants from NSFC, Shanghai Municipal Government and some companies. The main research interests in his group include: Biomedical imaging; image processing; and computer vision. Over the past years, his research has focused on image registration and visualization for image-guided therapy, and system development for bioluminescence & multi-spectral fluorescence imaging and image denoising for X-ray fluorescence spectral images.
