研究方向

肿瘤和发育相关疾病的发生机制和干预手段,干细胞器官修复,表观遗传学,疾病动物模型。

近年来的研究工作围绕“组蛋白修饰与疾病”展开,在分子和细胞水平上构建了可靠的功能实验系统,重点研究了组蛋白修饰相关分子在多种疾病和发育中的作用,并构建了多个疾病动物模型,结合动物整体表型和临床样本分析,回答肿瘤和发育相关重大疾病的分子机理问题,为进一步研究这些疾病的分子机制与诊断治疗提供了良好的理论基础和有潜力的靶点。
