            目前担任30个国际SCI期刊审稿人,6个国际SCI期刊的编委会成员,已发表包括Science Advances, Genome Biology, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, Biosensors & Bioelectronics, Nature Communications, PNAS, Nature Protocols, Analytical Chemistry,Clincial and Translational Medicine, Bioinformatics在内的国际期刊论文140余篇,申请国内外发明专利60余项。

            生物医学研究中,我们往往需要面对微量生物样本,甚至单细胞尺度上,实现与疾病相关的 1)蛋白质新靶点的发现;2)靶点蛋白相互作用网络的建立;3)超微量靶点蛋白的精准检测。这三个方面是全球普遍的挑战。课题组主要科研方向,面向国防安全和临床应用开发基于痕量生物样本的个体化诊疗技术 :1.痕量临床样本(单细胞)蛋白检验新原理和新技术;2.痕量临床样本(单细胞)蛋白检验新装置的集成化和微型化;3. 基于痕量临床样本的个体化药物敏感性检测新技术。
