摘要

To benefit from opportunities and cope with stress in the environment, animals must adapt their behavior to avoid danger and to maximize rewards. We are focusing on dissecting the neural circuits underlying stress and reward. Specifically, we found that corticotrophin-releasing hormone (CRH) neurons in paraventricular nucleus (PVN) organize adaptive stress response by complementarily integrating reward and stress signals. Also, we found that PVN and CeA CRH neurons are the command center of brain–spleen pathway in mice, through which behaviour can modulate adaptive immune responses. Together, these knowledges may provide guidance for developing novel treatment strategies for neuropsychiatric diseases, such as depression and anxiety.


报告人简介


胡霁,上海科技大学研究员/博士生导师,助理院长,获国家级人才称号。目前担任中国神经科学会应激神经生物学分会副主任委员,中国神经科学会认知神经生物学分会副主任委员。获得自然科学基金面上项目,自然科学基金优秀青年项目,自然科学基金重大研究计划,自然科学基金重大项目,科技部973计划支持。研究成果以通讯作者在Nature, Neuron,Current Biology,Science Advances等国际学术期刊发表系列论文。获得重庆市科技进步一等奖,中科院教学成果二等奖,上海市教学成果特等奖。
